Plant Shutdowns

Turbo Mech has mobilized big teams ~300 members with tools and tackles to carry out overhaul / repairs / maintenance of multiple Rotary Equipment / trains simultaneously during plant shutdowns.

Some of the shut down works carried out by Turbo Mech are:

• Major Overhauls of TGC & HRGC trains at ROGC Plant, C2 Complex, RIL, Jamnagar in TA 2023
• Supervisory support for major overhaul of CGC, ERC and PRC at IOCL, Panipat in 2023
• Major Overhauling of Steam Turbine, Axial Compressor, NOX Compressor and Expander at DFPCL Taloja in 2023
• Major Overhaul of ERC & PRC trains at GCU plant, RIL, Dahej, in 2023
• Overhaul of WGC and HPC trains at FCC2 plant, SEZ complex at RIL, Jamnagar in
• Overhaul of MAC, BAC and Oxygen Compressors at Oxygen Plant TATA Steel Meramandali in 2019
• Shut down at NAYARA, Vadinar - Overhauling of 7 Machines - including a major overhaul of 1 Steam Turbine and 3 compressors at NAYARA (Erstwhile, ESSAR Oil), for MAN ES
